"Louisville Systeminar" 
Three Day Systema Event

Instructor: Emmanuel Manolakakis, Instructor at Fight Club in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Seminar Topics: The following topics we will be covering at the Systeminar which were determined by the survey we took earlier this year.

1.) Strikes

2.) Stick Work

3.) Breathing

A good portion of the seminar will focus on the stick as a training tool, warming up with the stick, using the stick against an opponent, defending against the stick, striking with the stick and how to move against the stick. All of the stick training that Manny will cover in the seminar will incorporate breathing, moving and relaxing to understand the inherent fear our body holds in relation to the stick. Manny has also spoken about sharing another topic referred to as "group work" that we will get into as well. This is going to be a great seminar!

and I wanted you to know exactly where to go so you don't miss
any of the excellent at the end of the month...

Specific Directions:

Joe Creason Park - Off of Trevillian Way (Across from the Louisville Zoo) get onto Ridgefield Road and go until it ends at Sheridan Avenue. Make a left and follow the street around to the government center. This road will dead end into a parking lot and you should be able to see us at that point...

For some reason google maps is not picking up the government center to I have a map to the point of Trevilian Way and
Ridgefield Road...
