"Louisville Systeminar" 
Three Day Systema Event

Instructor: Emmanuel Manolakakis, Instructor at Fight Club in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Seminar Topics: Each day will begin with unique warm up, breathing and stretching exercises that challenge the student to understand and explore the connection between breathing, body structure, tendon strength and mental focus. A good time will be had by all.

Day 1: We will focus on breathing, movement and relaxing to get your body, mind, and spirit prepared for the training that will take place on Saturday and Sunday.  This will be perfect to get every present and ready after traveling to the seminar.

Day 2: Learn escape from grabs and holds with minimal effort and maximum affect. Arm bars, headlocks, wrist turns, bear hugs, leg locks. Emmanuel will share a training method that allows the student to better understand body structure, proper use of tension/relaxation, breathing and flow to escape all of these common holds as well as many more. The final part of day 1 will cover striking and strike absorption. Systema strikes emphasize minimal effort, minimal visual cues, minimal tension and deep devastating effect. Experience the power, begin the learning.

Day 3: Learn to survive an attack by multiple assailants both standing and on the ground, whether armed and unarmed. Experience Systema’s unique training methods that take each student to his/her limit and then a little farther. There is nothing like multiple attack scenarios to challenge boundaries, test skills, and develop new understanding. Come and join the mayhem.
